In addition to the special requirements of the vehicle to be powered, the individual load plays an important role in determining the appropriate battery solution. Your choice also depends on whether the machines have rest periods or are in constant use with replacement batteries. The criteria for the right charging technology are voltage, current, charging curve, and charging time.

Hawker

The Hawker Water Less series, with liquid electrolyte, is comparable to the Perfect Plus, but is more flexible and less time-consuming thanks to longer refill intervals of 4, 8, or 13 weeks, depending on the charging technology. Less water refilling – more benefits.
Enersys
Enersys, another flagship product in Autobat's range, is known for its innovative approach to energy storage. These batteries are designed with advanced technologies to maximize efficiency and reliability. Enersys batteries are often used in various applications, from passenger cars to heavy commercial vehicles. What sets Enersys apart is their focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness.
The Enersys Nexsys battery is a fully sealed, maintenance-free traction battery with VRLA technology. This battery is characterized by extremely low internal resistance and delivers considerable energy and power, especially at high discharge currents. What makes this battery extra special is the fact that no forced ventilation is required and there is no need for enclosed spaces during charging. The Nexsys battery is suitable for intermediate charging and can be charged even when partially discharged. It is possible to charge the battery as often as necessary, making it permanently deployable, ideal for multi-shift systems. In addition, all traditional lead-acid models can be directly replaced by a Nexsys variant.

To complete our range of 2V traction batteries, we offer our own house brand, Industribat. These batteries enable us to provide the most efficient solutions for our customers' industrial needs. From battery solutions for electric forklifts to electric pallet trucks, industrial cleaning machines, and much more! We have been working with manufacturers who prioritize high-quality product standards for many years. The connectors are made of thermoplastic rubber, acid-resistant, flexible, easy to install and/or replace. The screws have insulated plastic heads and the steel case has a plastic powder coating, providing high protection against corrosion. In addition, technical support and after-sales service are extremely important pillars at Autobat.
Industribat consists of 3 series.
The most common 2V traction cells belong to the PZS series (Din cell, 198 mm wide) and PZB series (British Standard, 158 mm wide). Both series are lead-acid batteries with liquid electrolyte. An excellent solution with positive tubular plates for heavy-duty applications, offering high performance, reliability, low maintenance, and a long service life. The PZV series are 2Vmaintenance-free gel cells. These sealed and maintenance-free 2V gel cells no longer need to be refilled with demineralized water and cannot leak. They are mainly used in internal applications or in medical and chemical sectors.
